Coding Quests provides digital educational content and services. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments once processed.

Why No Refunds?

Our courses and learning content are immediately accessible upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed. We invest significant effort into creating high-quality, interactive tutorials, and our pricing reflects that value.

We encourage you to take advantage of our free content before subscribing. The free tier includes a full course (Inventory System — 10 lessons) so you can evaluate our teaching style and content quality before committing to a paid membership.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

• You retain access to paid content until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
• Your progress, XP, achievements, and profile data are preserved

Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience a genuine issue — such as being charged in error or encountering a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content — please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing concerns promptly.
